EAST GREENSBORO – Freshman Ethan Baly (Charleston, S.C., Oceanside Collegiate Academy) is one of the North Carolina A&T men's tennis team's newest members. He is also the recipient of one of the school's most prestigious honors, the Lewis and Elizabeth Dowdy Scholarship.
