OVERLAND PARK, KS – Delaware State University Athletics has announced a multiyear agreement designating TicketSmarter as its official ticket resale marketplace partner. Through the partnership, TicketSmarter will provide Hornets' ticket holders a secure platform to buy and sell their tickets.
