RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky's football team announced its 2021 captains, selected by a team vote. Leading the Colonels will be junior tight end Dakota Allen, senior linebacker Kyle Bailey, junior linebacker Matthew Jackson, and sophomore quarterback Parker McKinney.
