CHARLESTON, S.C. (Aug. 23, 2021) – The College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) announced its 2021 preseason watch list for the FCS National Performer of the Year. There are 44 players on the preseason watch list, including ETSU redshirt-junior running back Quay Holmes (Powder Springs, Ga.).
