The University of Pennsylvania's James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Costanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country, Steve Dolan, announced the newest addition to the program's coaching staff, naming Fletcher Brooks an assistant coach. Brooks will take the lead on all men's and women's throws.
