For me, the true lunacy of these polls is always in the ORV section. For example, Morehead State hasn't finished higher than 3rd in the Pioneer standings since at least 2012 but has 3x the votes that last year's Pioneer champ, Davidson, has while perennial PFL power San Diego is completely ignored. Meanwhile, Norfolk State -- who hasn't finished above .500 in a full decade -- also gets a vote.

JSU too high. SLU too low. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

You’re making a lot of sense here

Yale and Princeton are being way, WAY undervalued imo. I'd put both up against basically everyone past the Top 4 and have confidence it would be a 60 minute game....

Sent from my SM-G965U using TapatalkI have had Princeton and Dartmouth in my AGS polls before, a couple years back they were both pretty good but the limits they place on scheduling has pretty much soured me on them, at least for now. I would like NDSU to have a H&H with one of the top Ivy teams but it is never going to happen.

You finally put em in your poll after being beat up for weeks, you were one of the last holdouts

Now admittedly, I don’t knowhow good they will be this fall but probably pretty good

hopefully they have a few OCC games to gauge

As others have said, hard to really know if this would be the case. Until the Ivies either join the playoffs or seriously challenge themselves in the OOC beyond the NEC and PL, it's a lot of conjecture.

It's a damn shame how myopic the Ivy presidents are. Some of the Yale, Dartmouth, Harvard, and Princeton teams over the past decade would have made deep runs in the playoffs. Just guessing here, but there are probably 30 or so guys in the NFL who are from the Ivy. I imagine that ranks pretty high when compared to all other FCS conferences.
