Following a successful three-year career with the Hatters, Elizabeth Jackson has been named an assistant softball coach at Stetson University, Hatters' head coach Shellie Robinson announced on Friday. Jackson returns to her alma mater and becomes the first addition to Robinson's coaching staff.
