Dover, Del. (Aug. 3, 2021) --- Delaware State linebacker Antquan Kinsey was named to the 2021 Preseason All-MEAC Football First Team last week. The honor for Kinsey was no doubt aided by his strong play during the Hornets' five games last spring to help make up for the cancellation of the 2020 season due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
