NEW YORK—Columbia University Campbell Family Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Peter Pilling announced Monday morning that Douglas Straley has been named Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and Head Athletic Trainer. At Columbia, Straley will be responsible for overseeing the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of the athletics injuries for 31 varsity sports programs.
