It can hurt a team's mentality. It can dampen fans' spirit. And it can move an entire athletic department's budget from the black to the red.
Idaho State will soon realize the fiscal damage of a dismal record, in addition to other costly circumstances.
Although the financial figures for the 2007 fiscal year (June 2006-June 2007) won't be released until the end of October, Jim Kramer, assistant athletic director for financial services, expects the final sum to be negative. ...
