TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's lacrosse team finished the 2021 season No. 22 in the final IWLCA Division I Coaches Top 25 poll. The Tigers spent nine consecutive weeks ranked in the coaches' poll (March 1-April 26) during the regular season. The Tigers won eight of its first 10 games, including a 13-7 victory over then No. 8 Loyola. Towson (9-9) earned a spot in the NCAA tournament after playing the fifth toughest schedule in the nation.
