Recent William & Mary graduate Michael Fairbanks '21 added another honor to his already impressive resume this week, earning a spot on the CoSIDA Academic All-District 3 First Team for men's track & field and cross country. Athletes had to have over a 3.3 GPA and be top performers on their team (typically conference champions/NCAA qualifiers at a minimum) to be nominated for the Academic All-District and Academic All-America program. With his spot on the All-District team, Fairbanks advances to the national ballot for a shot at Academic All-America honors.
