The August 8-14 edition of USA Today Sports Weekly lists the top 5 college players by position for the upcoming season. At Fullback is Furman's own....Jerome Felton. He is listed ahead of Peyton Hillis, Arkansas, Owen Schmitt, West Virginia, Carl Stewart, Auburn and Jacob Hester, LSU. He is also listed on their All-Sports Weekly Team! xthumbsupx

As well he should be. When he is healthy there are few that are his equal, and none better at the position.
