Freshman Isabella Whittaker set the bar high her first collegiate season with the University of Pennsylvania track and field program, concluding it Thursday evening at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the University of Oregon. She placed 24th in the 400 semifinals to earn All-America Honorable Mention.
