Linebacker Jaxon Peifer (Normal, Ill. / Normal Community) earned Defensive Player of the Year honors, while running back Robert Washington (Huntersville, N.C. / East Gaston) was named the team’s Offensive Player of the Year and punter Ben Niesner (Black Diamond, Wash. / Tahoma [Portland State]) secured Special Teams Player of the Year accolades.
