CHARLESTON, Ill. --- After day one at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships the Tennessee State Flying Tigers are just 10 points behind third-place Belmont with 17, while the Tigerbelles' have completed just four events in the heptathlon and pulled off a top-five qualifying performance in the 400-meter hurdles prelims.
