RICHMOND, Va. – Spider baseball dropped an 8-3 contest to the Dayton Flyers Friday morning at Pitt Field. The Spiders got a couple long balls in the matchup, but couldn't hang the crooked number it needed. With the loss, Richmond falls to 16-9 on the season, and 2-3 in Atlantic 10 play. Dayton improves to 15-23 and 5-4 in league action.
