Somerset, NJ -- The Northeast Conference Council of Presidents voted to eliminate the league's intra-conference transfer policy in the sports of men's and women's basketball and football. The decision was made by the Council after being supported unanimously by the league's Athletic Directors and Senior Woman Administrators.
