Going to be an interesting weekend....SDSU Jack Rabbits over the Delaware Blue Hens; James Madison Dukes over the Sam Houston Bearkats. Both games will be very close. Anyone got a good argument for adding Dish to my lake cabin....missed watching all the games this weekend and only the NDSU game was on the local radio. Wife says no outside entertainment when in confines of the lake place. Although I have to admit, during a normal year no TV and internet is great on the weekends at the lake.

As a Bison fan working my way through the five stages of grief xdrunkyx, I am going with the home teams. After all, Sam Houston State is 15-0 at home in the playoffs all time (at least according to ESPN's blurb on last week's win). We'll see if that holds up. Also, South Dakota State is just tough, and if they can avoid some inconsistencies that have plagued them, I think they have a bit more than Delaware can handle. This is a great opportunity for them to get to Frisco. CAA, here is your chance to have some bragging rights as the most recent conference to boast both finalists. Best of luck to all those still playing, and I will be watching, a bit dejected, but completely 100% stress-free from the comforts of my "stadium recliner". Enjoy the games, as this is what non-Bison fans have been clamoring for on this site for quite some time...you got your wish. Oh, I am just wondering if I should start the Sam Houston State to FBS thread now, or wait a bit. :D

Certainly not Mr. Personality, but he knows how to play winning football. Cut from the Sabin, Belichick cloth. Mike Houston was more entertaining and personable.

Klieman was one of the most humbled coaches in the FCS and always praised his competition for their work, and he consistently won. You can be a great coach and leave the douche attitude at home. Guy comes off as a massive prick and when he does that "we were slighted from #1 and we have a chip on our shoulder and we thank the committee for that" bull****, it rubs people wrong.

Agreed. He was also steaming when the other CAA coaches selected Delaware as the conference auto-bid. I wouldn't be surprised if he is unpopular among the other conference head coaches, but Delaware had the more impressive 2021 regular season resume and I don't think personality (or lack there of) was the deciding factor.
