Changes to OT play coming to fall 2021 season

The shootout will happen starting with the 3rd OT instead of the 5th. Then no more PATs after the second OT TD and the bounds for the play will be extended to the opponent's 20.

this is referring to the "team area" on the sidelines, which will stretch between the 20 yard lines (on both sides of the 50).
just in case someone misinterpreted that line as something involving the overtime rules.
