Fairfield, CT -- For the second season in a row, Sacred Heart University junior running back Julius Chestnut is among an elite list of FCS players. Monday, he was announced as one of the 15 finalists for the Stats Perform Walter Payton Award, which is presented to the national offensive player of the year in college football's Division I subdivision.
