JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 19, 2021) – On Monday afternoon, Stats Perform released its FCS Walter Payton Award Finalists, consisting of 16 different individuals. Among those 16 competitors is redshirt-junior running back Quay Holmes (Powder Springs, Ga.). The FCS Walter Payton Award goes to the national offensive player of the year and is named for legendary running back, Walter Payton.
