NASHVILLE --- Tennessee State placed nine players on the All-Ohio Valley Conference team, as announced on Thursday. Devon Starling led the way as he picked up two spots on the first team, as well as being named Offensive Player of the Year. Left tackle Lachavious Simmons joined Rowland on the first squad, while center Thomas Burton and kicker Antonio Zita earned spots on the second team. Redshirt freshman Josh Green earned All-Newcomer team honors.
