The University at Albany women's golf team finished in fifth place out of 12 teams at the Sacred Heart Spring Invitational. The tournament consisted of 36 holes of golf over two days at the Great River Golf Course in Milford, Conn. The Great Danes were the top finishing team from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), beating out conference foes Quinnipiac (6th), Monmouth (T-7th), Sacred Heart (T-7th), Hartford (9th), Fairfield (10th), and Siena (11th). Pasqualina Tartaglione was the top finishing Great Dane and top finishing MAAC student-athlete, coming in with a two-day score of 146 (+2). The junior finished in third place overall, finishing as the top MAAC golfer in the invitational.
