Moon Township, Pa. – The RMU softball team opened a four-game series with UIC Friday at the North Athletic Complex, splitting a pair of one-run affairs. The Flames stretched their winning streak to seven with a 6-5 win in game before the Colonials posted a 2-1 victory in game two. RMU owns an overall record of 17-11 (.607) on the 2021 season, including 12-8 in the Horizon League.
