When I clicked on my shortcut for this site, I got this:

Yup, looks like they either did a name change or have been bought by someone (The Analyst?)

OK, just navigated into their main site, FYI, it's a new division of STATS Perform.

https://theanalyst.com/eu/about-us/ (you may be diverted into the NA portion, but because I live closer to Europe anyway...)

I do not see the STATS scoreboard anymore. That is the main reason that I visited that site.

Same here. It was the only scoreboard where I have seen the FCS rankings used
