The University at Albany softball team held Binghamton to only seven runs in two games on Easter Sunday, but only produced four of their own in a doubleheader loss. The Great Danes led six innings in game one, but Binghamton produced four runs in the bottom of the seventh to come back and steal the win on a walk off homerun. In game two, UAlbany was able to put pressure on the Bearcats late in the game but couldn't tie the game after putting a runner on third with no outs. The Great Danes ended up splitting the weekend series with the Bearcats, both teams collecting two wins each. Today's second game did not count as an America East conference game.
