The William & Mary women's swimming team opened up the Colonial Athletic Association Championships strong on Monday morning, qualifying a league-best seven athletes for the championship finals. The Tribe also had five swimmers make the consolation finals for a CAA-best 12 overall qualifiers in the three-event session. In the unofficial team standings, W&M is third with 82 points, behind reigning champions James Madison (225) and Delaware (115).
