One thing I'll give our team, regardless of how good they are throughout the years...winning or losing...blowout or tight game...they rarely give up. I don't know if it's just the Leatherneck nickname or what, but they're often tougher than you'd expect.

Sikes hasn't done much stat-wise, although he's played in every game. I haven't been paying that close of attention to him, is he more of a "blocking" TE?

Lawson has been doing really well. 3 games over 10 tackles, a couple of interceptions, and was instrumental in the win over Youngstown State. Obviously there were only two teams playing this weekend, but of the eligible players, he was named the MVFC Defensive Player of the Week:
