RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond football team moved up in the national polls this week as the Spiders are ranked No. 20 in the country in the AFCA FCS Coaches' poll and are ranked No. 21 in the country in the Stats Perform FCS poll. Richmond has opened the year with victories over rival William & Mary and on the road at Elon. Last weekend's game against James Madison was postponed due to COVID-19 protocols within the Dukes' program.
