The University of Pennsylvania's James P. Tuppeny/Betty J. Costanza Director of Track & Field/Cross Country, Steve Dolan, has announced the elevation of Joe Klim to the position of Assistant Director of Track & Field. Klim has been on staff with the Quakers for the past nine years.
