RICHMOND, Va. – University of Richmond senior attack Ryan Lanchbury (Burlington, Ontario) recorded a Southern Conference record and program-record 12 points while sophomore attack Richie Connell (Evergreen, Colo.) scored a program-record seven goals Saturday as the 19th-ranked University of Richmond men's lacrosse team improved to 2-0 in Southern Conference play Saturday with a dominating 17-5 victory on the road at Bellarmine. The Spiders are now 32-5 all-time in SoCon play in program history – the most wins for any team in league play over that span.
