GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota scored three times in the opening six minutes of the third period to overcome a 2-1 deficit to St. Cloud State and claim the Fighting Hawks first NCHC Frozen Faceoff Championship, 5-3. North Dakota is now the first team in NCHC history to win both the regular season and the Frozen Faceoff.
