I'm not going to speculate on motivation for passing late, but this is a big boys' game. Seeding determinations can depend on margin of victory. And, we all know that Keeler does not give a single *hit what people think.

I dont think anyone saw 71 points coming but I'm not surprised Sam dominated the game. I thought your D-line would overmatch the Colonels offensive line and make them one dimensional -- that's how it played out. Their passing game isn't the same without a viable running game to keep defenses honest.

Not sure where it came from but your defense was able to suck it up and put up a solid effort in the second half because just watching the first half I was pretty sure you guys are gonna lose

Your gunslinger quarterback looked like he was a little frustrated with the receivers and/or the coaches, he was doing a lot of headshaking

Luckily Colonels are off this weekend to fix whatever that was. Short of an OOC one off though, sad this is how it ends in the Nicholls/SHSU series.
