Macomb, Ill. – Patrick Kipkemboi took the lead with about a mile to go and separated himself from the other competitor inside the final half mile on his way to The Summit League Cross Country Championship. By virtue of his individual championship in an 8k time 24:57, the sophomore will represent The Summit League and the Fighting Hawks at the NCAA Championships in Stillwater, Okla. on March 15.
