THIBODAUX, La. - The Nicholls State University football team will open up its six-game Southland Conference schedule by taking on Lamar University on Feb. 27 at Manning Field at John L. Guidry Stadium. The league was supposed to be opening up with two conference games last weekend, including Lamar vs. Northwestern State, but wintry weather conditions caused both games to be postponed. The matchup between Nicholls and LU will be televised on ESPN+ and can be listened to on ESPN Radio New Orleans 100.3 FM.
