NORFOLK, Va. – The first and last quarter helped Norfolk State (3-7, 2-4 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) snapped the 10-game win streak by North Carolina A&T (10-2, 7-1 MEAC) as the Spartans defeated the Aggies 65-54 in Echols Hall Sunday.
