Good move for the Patriots. Troy Brown, of course is one of our proudest I-AA/FCS alums, from his days at Marshall.

Didn't Troy Brown get the senior citzens discount at IHOP last week? He also has his AARP card.

I was thinking I saw him the other day riding around in his new Rascal.

What's Brown's role going to be when they went out and traded for Welker?

What's Brown's role going to be when they went out and traded for Welker?

I think with his experience at DB the past several seasons makes him more valuable to the team, plus hes a more sure fire receiver then a lot of the guys at the bottom of the depth chart. The Patriots should leave camp with 6 WR and he likely will be #6 on the chart.

Randy Moss also said he's excited about playing with the best player to ever come out of Marshall. (One has to wonder if he was misquoted, maybe he said ""Brown must be excited about playing with the best player to ever come out of Marshall"" xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx )
