VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The University of Richmond junior Kayla Woods (Wilmington, Del.) broke the women's track program record in the long jump Saturday, as the Spiders picked up seven top-five finishes on the final day of the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
