CLINTON, S.C. – Presbyterian College head softball coach David Williams announced the addition of outfielder Kara Starnes, a transfer from James Madison University, on Wednesday. The Marshville, N.C., native is set to join the Blue Hose for the upcoming 2021 season and will have four years of eligibility.
