A 15-4 run to end the first half, and a 13-5 run early in the second by the Eagles broke open a close game as the Winthrop men's basketball team took the 72-58 win over Presbyterian College in action Tuesday evening at Templeton Center. Rayshon Harrison led the Blue Hose with 17 points.
