Truly a great man. I didn't know Coach Salls personally, but his son(also named Don) was one of my trainers at the gym I formerly belonged to. The link below is from last June when Coach turned 101. He was still sharp and alert. In September he tested positive for Covid, but apparently beat it and was discharged from the hospital.
I especially like what Coach said at the end of this interview when asked what advice he would give to young people today.
