The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga tied the best start to the season in school history with a 69-66 win at UAB today. The Mocs are 8-0 for the first time since the 1973-74 season. Freshman Jamaal Walker scored the go-ahead basket with 20 seconds left, followed by a UTC defensive stop and a free throw by Malachi Smith to seal the win.
