Not sure I am thrilled about the SLC moving to XOS. I thought CSTV was a good partner for the SLC and I've never been a huge fan of XOS. We'll see though. CSTV had a good layout and the set up that they had was well conceived...

I could be easily convinced. The big thing that I've seen with XOS pages in the past is cluttered web sites...

TT,

Tarleton uses XOS for their athletic website (tarletonsports.com). It is not a bad system, and their video channel is great. I have access to the coaches shows and a number of games, plus all of the live content.

It is a heck of a lot better than having to drive back to Stephenville several times a week during basketball season.

CSTV is all cookie-cutter. The CAA site is XOS, and JMU released their all-new XOS website as well: www.JMUSports.com

Seems that the video is what is selling everyone...

If that's the case, I look forward to it! I just hope the XOS page is not as cluttered as I've seen a few XOS pages...

I did find the XOS pages to be very busy, but cluttered would mean any info'd be hard to find, which it isn't, IMO. We definitely saw an increase in ads on the site (mostly the front-page, though), but maybe it will mean more revenue? For JMU, anything is an upgrade over what we had before.
