Marshall was featured on SportsCenters 50 states in 50 days. Even showed clips of games and talked of past players who are now in the NFL.

A little more exposure for I-AA and kind of cool to see. :)

Most Marshall fans have "forgotten" that they ever were I-AA. And by that I mean they have no idea. I think the program is trying to shut the door on its I-AA history and move into the I-A spotlight. I don't see how it gives us exposure.

The thing that always bothered me most about the Marshall hype was that they were presented as having been the top I-AA program when both YSU and GSU had more national titles and YSU had beaten MU two of three times in championship game matchups.
