RICHMOND, Va. – Announced this morning by the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), Towson University women's basketball redshirt-senior Kionna Jeter has been named the CAA Preseason Player of the Year. The Tigers were selected to finish third in the 2020 CAA Preseason Poll for the second consecutive year.
