Dukes Let's Talk was created in the fall of 2018 and serves as a way for our student-athletes to keep the conversation going about the importance of mental health. JMU Athletics staffers Lauren Sander and Ashley Parsons provide education on the organization's origin, its leadership and the positive impact it's made on JMU's student-athletes.
