Dartmouth sailing head coach Justin Assad has announced the hiring of two assistant coaches for the 2020-21 season. Rebecca McElvain '19 returns to her alma mater after a four-year career with the Big Green while Dirk Johnson comes from the Coast Guard Academy where he was an assistant coach in 2019-20.
