Are you kidding me? Tough enough to repeat in a sport like baseball, but Oregon State??? This has to PO the traditional Southern baseball powers. xlolx xlolx xlolx

Congrats to the Beavers and the Pac 10. Half the teams in the final 8 were Pac 10 and Big West. Western baseball is alive and well.

congrats again, OSU is up to 3 national titles and 2 in baseball.

West Coast baseball has never gone anywhere. It has always been strong through the years. As a youngster growing up in Central California, we used to play baseball from sun up until sundown all through the summer. It's part of your DNA out there to play baseball.

I'm still proud of UNC. I'm a HUGE North Carolina high school baseball supporter and I love that 90% of the team was from inside the state.

West Coast baseball has never gone anywhere. It has always been strong through the years. As a youngster growing up in Central California, we used to play baseball from sun up until sundown all through the summer. It's part of your DNA out there to play baseball.

The West Coast has always been the best baseball in the country. USC has 12 national titles. Cal State Fullerton 4. Arizona, and Arizona State have a bunch between them. Only 1 ACC team has ever won it, and only 2 SEC teams, though LSU has won 5.

I didn't want to see a rematch. I wanted UCI in the championship game. Oh well OSU wins again.

Agreed - West Coast baseball has always been the tops when it comes to college baseball. You get some Southern flavor but the West Coast is just loaded with teams.

Yeah, West Coast baseball has always been good.....but Oregon State? Not exactly So Cal or Arizona.........

don't most NC grads with decent grades get free tuition to UNC?

No, we don't have that in North Carolina.

Mike Fox just recruits NC very good.
