UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – Men's and women basketball teams will be permitted to begin the 2020-21 season on November 21st, the NCAA Division I Council announced on Wednesday. The firm start date, along with the Council's requirement for all teams to play fewer non-conference games (a maximum of 10 for men and 11 for women), will allow Richmond's men's and women's teams to complete their non-conference schedules over the next few weeks.
